Hiroshima, the host city for the 76th IETF Meeting, is a center of peace, industry and culture in Western Japan. A modern city of roughly 1.2 million people, Hiroshima is one of only three Japanese cities (the others being Tokyo and Kyoto) to be included in "The Cities Book", the Lonely Planet's guide to the world's top 200 cities.
